Lindy Hop is Black history, Black creativity, and Black joy.
Rocky Mountain Lindy Festival honors the Black dancers, musicians, and communities who created swing music and swing dance — and whose artistry continues to inspire everything we do today.
The Savoy Ballroom, Harlem — birthplace of Lindy Hop.
Our Commitment
We recognize that jazz and swing come from the lived experiences of Black Americans, and we are committed to celebrating these roots with respect, gratitude, and authenticity.
Community & Inclusion
Our festival strives to be a welcoming space for dancers of all backgrounds. We believe that learning, connection, and community grow stronger when we acknowledge where this art form comes from and uplift the people who shaped it.
