Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for everyone, the following refund policy applies:

48-Hour Grace Period

All registrations include a 48-hour full-refund grace period after purchase, provided the festival has not yet begun.

Standard Refund Schedule

 

• 60 days or more before the festival: Full refund, no fee
• 30–59 days before the festival: Refund minus a $25 cancellation fee
• 8–29 days before the festival: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
• 7 days or fewer before the festival: No refunds

​

Pass Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your pass to another dancer at any time before the festival begins.

There is no transfer fee.

Festival Cancellation
If the festival is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, all passes will be refunded in full.
